Service process
1. The user provides the gene ID and cell line. If the cell line is commonly used, the user does not need to provide it, but if it is a special cell line, the user needs to provide the cell line and culture conditions.
2. Sign technical service agreement and carry out technical services.
3. According to the difference of cell growth conditions, provide two tubes of gene knock-out cell lines and non knock out control cell lines required by customers within 20-30 working days, each tube of cells shall not be less than 1 million.
Service instance
We constructed a gene knockout cell line based on the G2 gRNA of Caspase-3 gene. Western blot showed that caspase-3 protein knockout was complete, and the knockout of Caspase-3 could effectively resist apoptosis.
